IT Business Analyst/BRM - Birmingham

Salary up to £51,000 + Plus 20x flex fund

Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite

IT Business Analyst/BRM required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a IT Business Analyst/BRM to come on board to become the IT voice within the business. This role fosters engagement with business stakeholders to ensure that both operational and developmental needs are communicated to the Delivery Integration & Management functions. This enables informed prioritization decisions that are integrated into directorate plans. They are responsible for effective communication with business stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress throughout initiative delivery, discussing options for efficiently meeting capability requirements, and ensuring the realization of benefits

Key skills,

• Previous IT Business Partner experience
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity.
• Familiarity with various IT project delivery methods (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Understanding of the industry, business models, processes, and functional areas.
• You are knowledgeable about the product life cycle and/or the capability components of ITIL.
• Assist in creating comprehensive stakeholder management strategies and plans.
• Comprehend the IT strategy and Technology Roadmap, translate this into a directorate-focused perspective, and effectively communicate it to business areas to enable informed discussions on their priorities.
• Identify key metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits, forecast, plan, and monitor the realization of anticipated benefits from projects, programs, and product-based initiatives as predicted in the business case.
• Foster open communication and discussion among stakeholders to assess and promote understanding of needs for future changes in services and products.
