My client is an Award-Winning leader in the Health, Fitness & Wellness Space and they are now looking for a professional IT Field Engineer to join their growing technical team.
The Role
As an IT Field Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different users and will be responsible for providing hands-on 2nd-line support to users onsite and remotely. You will also be required to drive to Sites across South Manchester & Leicestershire, so a valid driving license and access to your vehicle is essential.

- Work with a range of users to provide 2nd Line IT support on-site and remotely
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to higher-level support where necessary
- Travel to sites as required, maintaining a professional manner at all times
- Work on ad-hoc IT projects and tasks as required
- Install and upgrade hardware and software
- Ensure all tickets are logged and updated on the helpdesk system
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing regular updates on progress
- At least 2 years experience in a 2nd line IT support role
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of systems, including Windows Operating systems, Office 365, and networking knowledge
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure or AWS is desirable
- Experience working Hands-on as well as in remote Support
- Experience with Wi-Fi Networking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A valid driving license and access to your vehicle
