The Company
My client is an Award-Winning leader in the Health, Fitness & Wellness Space and they are now looking for a professional IT Field Engineer to join their growing technical team.
  
The Role
As an IT Field Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different users and will be responsible for providing hands-on 2nd-line support to users onsite and remotely. You will also be required to drive to Sites across South Manchester & Leicestershire, so a valid driving license and access to your vehicle is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a range of users to provide 2nd Line IT support on-site and remotely
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to higher-level support where necessary
• Travel to sites as required, maintaining a professional manner at all times
• Work on ad-hoc IT projects and tasks as required
• Install and upgrade hardware and software
• Ensure all tickets are logged and updated on the helpdesk system
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing regular updates on progress

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a 2nd line IT support role
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of systems, including Windows Operating systems, Office 365, and networking knowledge
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure or AWS is desirable
• Experience working Hands-on as well as in remote Support
• Experience with Wi-Fi Networking
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A valid driving license and access to your vehicle
