Digital Project Coordinator
Job summary
The Digital Customer Operations team of Cumbria Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is expanding!
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be involved in a wide range of Digital projects, including the Allocate eRostering rollout. We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to be part of new and exciting projects which will be significant developments for the Trust's digital journey.
This is a hybrid working post. The successful applicant must be able to travel to sites based across the whole of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear on a regular basis.
Main duties of the job
You will work in a supportive role to the Project Manager and Project Leads. This is an entry level position, to support the implementation, configuration, testing and training for clinical and corporate systems and digital solutions.
Covering an area from the Borders of Scotland to the North of Durham, and across North Cumbria, we are actively working with Trust services to improve digital provision.

The successful candidate will have:
- Education to degree level, or relevant experience.
- Experience of using a range of digital solutions and systems.
- Knowledge of change management, and strong organisation skills.
- Experience of producing high quality written documentation, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience of workshop facilitation and training would be desirable

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level (or relevant experience).
- PRINCE2, project management, (or equivalent experience) and change management are desirable additional qualifications.
- Change management and benefits realisation experience.
- Experience of using a range of Digital solutions and systems.
- Experience of production of policy and procedures.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of digital solutions and disciplines.
- Knowledge and involvement in change management within an organisation.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques.
- Computer literate and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other applications including MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of integrated governance.
Experience
- One year's project management experience.
- Change management and benefits realisation experience.
- Experience of digital configuration, testing and training would be desirable
Skills
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop training documentation and train staff in the use of digital solutions.
- Ability to forge long-term working partnerships with individuals and groups from internal and external departments and organisations.
- Proven ability to work and complete tasks independently.
