Power BI Developer
My client is a seeking a Power BI Developer who will lead on the creation and implementation of dynamic and visually impactful Power BI dashboards and reports. These will convey critical business insights, which in turn will drive behavioural change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their data needs and translate these into clear, compelling visualisations that drive the right behaviours
* Responsible for the on-going development and support of Dashboard & PowerBI reports
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data presented, implementing robust data validation and error-checking processes
* Stay abreast of the latest developments and features in Power BI and other data visualisation tools, continuously enhancing our reporting capabilities
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for leadership and staff to maximise their understanding and use of dashboards including nuances to the data or output
* Provide technical support and guidance on BI reporting tools and methodologies
* Participate in the review and improvement of existing data management practices to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, with a portfolio that demonstrates an ability to change user behaviour through powerful data visualisation
* Strong understanding of DAX, SQL, and other relevant data manipulation languages
* Familiarity with best practices in dashboard and report design, with an emphasis on user experience and data storytelling
