Customer Service Support Apprentice

A fantastic opportunity as First Line Customer Support for Digi Dog Tech has become available. Working with industry professionals in a brand newly re-furbished office, you will be providing a friendly and warm welcome to customers and clients, excelling in customer service and be fully supported by the technical team.

Role

Providing excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner,  your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Answering incoming and outbound calls to new and existing customers. Responding to incoming emails, providing full customer service support
  • Maintaining and establishing close working relationships with suppliers, liaising in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet and greet new and existing customers in store providing a professional warm welcome
  • Recording (raising a ticket) for customer service requests for issues in addition to faults, invoice queries, job quotes and any other query raised by a customer or potential customer, ready for the technical team
  • Reviewing existing and new contracts, ensuring all renewal dates are clearly communicated to DigiDog manager for action
  • General support to senior team members which may include, client welfare checks and general administrative tasks

Training

A full Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship programme will be delivered to you over a 15-month period to compliment your position and give you the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to enhance performance in the workplace.

This is a fully accredited and certified qualification that will be held on your digital learning record along with any other achievements you may hold. 

Once your apprenticeship has finished you may be offered the opportunity to further progress your education through other apprenticeship programmes that may compliment your development at Digi Dog Tech.
