Role: Contract Data Governance Advisor
Location: Hybrid (travel to Brighton 2 days per week)
Rate: £450 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Start: September / October 2024

Duration: 3 Month Contract (likely to extend)

Skills: 2+ years Data Governance, (ideally with access to personal data compliance experience), strong communication skills, strong Sharepoint experience (for creating shared files etc.), ideally with basic SQL and any Azure AD awareness from a data access perspective.

Are you a Data Governance professional looking for your next contract? If you have regulatory sector experience around checking adherence to who can and who can't access personal data, that would be ideal. In addition, experience around Sharepoint file sharing, and any data access experience related to RDBMS/SQL and Azure AD protocols would be particularly useful. Overall, though, you need to possess a positive attitude and great energy to dive straight into this busy role and start to contribute to in-flight projects.

• • 2/3+ years' experience in a Data Governance Advisor role, (ideally gained within a highly regulated sector and with specific experience around access to personal data compliance - essential
  • Advise on how data and files are transferred, protected, and stored
  • Review development and audit of data policy documents
  • Governance and audit of role based access to data and systems to support ISO compliance
  • Sharepoint admin
  • MS DevOps boards for project planning - ideal
  • Basic SQL and knowledge of relational database schema - ideal
  • Communication and influencing
  • Local to Sussex and willing to travel to Brighton as required - essential
