You will be supporting the entire marketing team with data analysis and reporting, providing insights and you will be the champion of the marketing technology stack (hubspot, salesforce, instantly). You will need to be organised and analytical with a passion for optimising processes, ensuring data accuracy, and empowering the marketing team with the insights and tools they need. Role Purpose:
Build and maintain a robust marketing operations foundation that enables the marketing team to operate at peak efficiency, make data-driven decisions, and maximize the impact of all marketing activities. This role is essential for ensuring data integrity, streamlining processes, and providing the insights necessary to drive continuous improvement across all marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing technology stack, including selection, implementation, integration, training, adoption, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Create and maintain a centralized marketing data hub that provides a single source of truth for all marketing data.
- Design, develop, and automate marketing reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate marketing processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to the marketing team on the use of marketing technologies and tools.
Requirements:
- A true drive to build a successful career in marketing operations within a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
- Strong understanding and interest in data management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience/ knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools is very desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) will be helpful.
- Experience/drive to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
