Liaise and work closely with Operations Manager and Marketing to build effective and successful client relationships, promote open communication, loyalty and sales generation.
Role
- Liaise and work closely with Operations Manager and Marketing
- Build effective and successful client relationships, promote open communication, loyalty and sales generation.
- Strive to ensure all existing/potential client interactions with company are positive and efficient.
- Undertake initial and ongoing extensive product knowledge training to enable enthusiastic communication regarding the company’s products and services.
- Develop knowledge of services provided, including but not limited to; Cyber essentials, Add-on’s for Microsoft 365, Document management, Security and Hosted telephone systems
- Use knowledge of products and services to highlight to Operations Manager and Company Director potential opportunities for service improvement with existing and new clients
- Send out mail merges and mail shots relevant to role and in line with agreed marketing schedule.
- Handle and ensure timely fulfilment of PC Sales, mobile sales and laptop sales
- Ensure a professional company and brand image is always maintained both with customers, the public and colleagues.
- Talk to existing customers via warm leads (no cold calling)
- Complete delegated administration duties and provide cross-department support as directed by managers.
- Use platforms such as Connect use.
- Work with mobile communicators.
- Process and support pre-release orders (e.g. new iPhone releases)
- Attend company / sales meetings.
- Provide progress reports to Manager/Directors as requested.
- Deal with and direct appropriately incoming enquires

- Training will be held once a week and it will be remote training.
