Apprentice Client Service Coordinator

We are a well-established IFA business & are looking to expand our Client Service team. We think about financial planning in a way that goes beyond financial advice; we call it Life Landscaping. Role

Working alongside Paraplanners and Financial Advisers you will be providing administration support delivering excellent client service by ensuring all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging client review meetings
  • Collating information, facts and preparing documentation for client meetings
  • Dealing with client and provider enquiries
  • Preparing valuations
  • Managing the end-to-end process of Letters of Authority
  • Research and letter writing
  • General office duties including data entry, greeting clients, handling post, copying, filing and scanning

Training

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices will achieve the Financial Services Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Fully and part funded learning and development programme that includes the CF1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Financial Services Administrators
  • Free CII membership for non-members through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme
  • Includes the CII CF1 study e-book and exam entry
  • CII and EPA resits are to be covered by the employer
  • Fortnightly workshops for the CF1 exam delivered by our team of professional qualification tutors
  • All workshops recorded and available on-demand
  • Interactive chat, forums and class notebooks for real time support and assistance from experienced financial services professionals
  • Exam tips, tricks, and strategies
  • Additional resources through RM Advance
  • Regular tutorials and assessments from an experienced financial services professional
  • R01 is available as an alternative to CF1. Suitability for R01 will be determined by a Skills Edge Trainer
  • Potential to be offered a permanent role as a Client Service Coordinator with longer term exposure to Paraplanning activities. Further professional qualification support
