Role

- To provide first class administrative support and assistance for HR requests across the Club
- To act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Responsible for general correspondence tasks
- Support in drafting standard letters
- Administrative support during assessment centres for new recruits
- Support the Learning & Development function in the organisation of company induction process
- Support relevant audit processes in relation to HR compliance
- Support the Onboarding process where needed
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Provide advice and guidance to Line Manager where appropriate
- To understand and have knowledge of key people policies
- Support in the daily upkeep of HR systems and point

Training

* Foundation Certificate in People Practice

* All training delivered online.

Future Prospects*:The HR team for the Club comprises of People Advisors , People Partners as well as
specialised people functions including Talent & Acquisition , EDI and wellbeing
