Software Engineer (Fully remote, with travel into NW)

This is a great opportunity to work with a team of very skilled software engineers in a scale-up organisation that has been named as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe by the Financial Times.

You need to have the following:-

Essential Experience

• .NET (.NET core up to .NET 8)
• Building CI/CD pipelines and utilising infrastructure as code - preferably Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Automated testing, including test-driven development (TDD)
• Modern microservice architectures, event driven systems and cloud-based systems
• Day to day working with Azure

Attributes

• Can work with their team to solve almost any technical problem in their discipline
• Being highly proficient in the engineering domain. Writing code that is regarded by peers as high quality.
• Providing context and clarity to work through documentation/proposals/runbooks so that others can easily understand what's being built, why it was done that way, so it can be built upon.

Desirable extra skills (any of the following is helpful)

• AKS/Kubernetes/Logic Apps/Functions
• Terraform
• Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB NoSQL
• React

This role while it is fully remote, you will need to attend the office once a month for team meetings so you must be based in the North West.

Salary range is £55k to £66k.
