Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer

We are looking to recruit an experienced senior Infrastructure Support Engineer. You should be experienced working in abroad support role providing support 2nd line support of Windows Server and Active Directory, Ideally you will also have a good knowledge of networking able to support Cisco Routers and Switches and Fortigate Firewalls. Experience administering / supporting Google workspace would be an advantage as would any experience in a mixed environment that includes Apple Mac OS.

This is a broad role, in addition to having a broad IT support experience you will need excellent communication skills. This role will include the provision of VIP support. We are looking for people who have a clear results focus and are passionate about providing an excellent level of service. There will be the opportunity to be involved in project work alongside the provision of BAU support.

This is an office based role and an opportunity to join a friendly and busy team with excellent opportunites for further development.
