macOS and Jamf IT Support Engineer

Exciting opportunity working for a dynamic financial based, long established company.

State-of-the-art tech and a very interesting role encompassing support for both users and systems and involvement in projects.

A fantastic opportunity to join a small IT Team of two, reporting directly into the IT Director. As macOS and Jamf IT Support Engineer, you will have responsibility for deciding upon, deploying and looking after the entire infrastructure here.

This role is Central London and office-based.

As macOS IT Support, you need to be very sleeves up, hands-on and very customer-facing.

You will be dealing efficiently and empathically with an array of user support tickets, using the latest technologies and building real value add for the company. Your passion and vision for IT will be explored and valued.

In short, on a day-to-day basis you will be:

• Looking after a macOS and JAMF set up
• Tech used includes Okta, Google Workspace
• Troubleshooting user and networking issues
• Documentation and training
• Assisting in large IT projects
• IT security management
• Meeting room and virtual meeting support
• Onboarding and training new and existing employees

As macOS and Jamf IT Support Engineer, you will have circa 4+ solid years of macOS IT support experience, preferably to a good Jamf200 standard of Jamf. Experience in financial services or a professional services environment is advantageous.

• Knowledge of macOS and Windows
• Meraki/Cisco, including switches/firewalls and wifi
• Knowledge of JAMF/MDM Deployments
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (users, emails, docs) and GAM
• Strong IT support skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Zoom Rooms/Zoom Phone/Zoom Meetings
