Role purpose / summary
- Communications solutions for the client that inform, motivate and engage employees with business related priorities, change, direction and success.
- Delivery of messages with impact through innovative use of technology, concise writing and imaginative campaign design.
- Integrated internal communication campaigns.
- Communications consultancy and sharing of best practice.
- Adherence to corporate standards, Market Unit governance and adoption of industry best practice.
- Effective corporate journalism in the creation of news articles, intranet updates and employee emails Support for events (e.g. Kick On / Kick Off, town halls) Proactive communication approach, strategy and plans for internal campaigns Successful measurement and evaluation/interpretation of communications activity - including recommendations for improvements where necessary Support the Head of Internal Communications to achieve team objectives in line with strategy To deliver communications that will add maximum business value to the client Market Unit.

- Communicating clear briefs to design team Internal reporting (provide updates; attend stand-ups; team meetings; create communications plans) Channels (including intranet, news, road shows; digital signage and social media such as DAILY.connect, discussion forums and blogs) Support cultural change and communicate HR related issues to internal audiences Manage stakeholder relationships in a professional manner Contribute to continuous improvement within the Communications Team Head of Internal Communications of concerns, risks, and issues Supporting Market Unit direction and strategic objectives Support the Head of Internal Communications to achieve team objectives in line with strategy
- Individual MUST be able to work independently on campaigns and events and have experience of working with senior leaders and stakeholders .
