Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled OrgVue Analyst to join our team and leverage the advanced capabilities of the OrgVue platform to enhance organizational design and effectiveness. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in people analytics or organizational effectiveness, and experience in large, complex multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize OrgVue to create detailed organizational diagrams and analyses, including org charts, managerial spans of control, and managerial layers.
  • Conduct task-level analysis and apply OrgVue's data science capabilities to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various corporate functions, including manufacturing and distribution, to gather data and implement organizational improvements.
  • Perform complex data analyses to support decision-making related to organizational design and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organizational analytics and effectiveness.

Expertise
OrgVue Expertise:

  • Moderate to advanced experience with OrgVue, specifically in task-level analysis and utilizing its data science features.

Multinational Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a large, complex multinational organization with over 20,000 employees, ideally encompassing a mix of manufacturing, distribution, and corporate functions.

People Analytics/Organization Effectiveness:

  • Proven appreciation or hands-on experience in people analytics or organizational effectiveness, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic organizational improvements.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in other organizational analysis tools and software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications in OrgVue or related analytics tools.
  • Experience with additional data science and analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau).
