Project Manager

Role: Project Manager

Location: Northampton - (Hybrid working, 2-3 days on-site)

Duration: 6 Months

Day rate: £390 inside IR35

Essential skills and experience:

• Knowledge of project management and governance methodologies, experience managing complex projects as well as leading and managing project teams
• Ability to communicate with clarity and purpose both in written and verbal formats.
• Confidence to present findings and recommendations to management for future state operating model
• Consistent record/experience of successfully delivering large scale projects
• Experience of working with business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Previous financial services experience
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Ability at influencing and managing senior delivery partners
• Relevant PM qualifications, e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Lean/Agile
