My leading client is looking for a Service Designer with a focus on working on Cyber Security projects and you must be really keen on travel into Europe on a regular basis. You will must have experience of providing responsibility for the ownership and leadership of all service design activities and deliverables ensuring they are produced to the highest standard and delivered on time. You will be designing processes which are part of multifunctional teams that may include product designers, technical architects and delivery experts.

Skills

• Solid service designer background
• Leading service design activities, and delivering service outcomes based on business, end user, and organisational needs
• Development of high level Service Models
• Working with Cybersecurity SMEs
• Ability to choose and apply appropriate design methods for different design life cycle phases and situations.
• Experience of carrying out Service Design activities utilising waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Experience working in a range of organisations from small, medium enterprises to blue chip across multiple industries
• Experience of a variety of Cyber Security and IT disciplines such as development and testing, Enterprise Architecture, and solution design
