Business Data Administrator Apprentice
We have a great opportunity to join Flotec Ltd as a Data Administration Apprentice, this is a role within the company where you will be responsible for the general administrative and data tasks.
Role
- Despatch administration, liaising with warehouse and sales
- Assisting the general office with administration duties
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails as required
- Dealing with suppliers and customers
- Utilising Microsoft Excel spreadsheet daily
- Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures
- Utilise company CRM system and update accordingly
- Data Reports
Training
- Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
- Apprenticeship training will be delivered online from our Head office Wise Origin College
- Full support from the tutor for the duration of the Apprenticeship
- Option to progress to Level 4 qualification
- Permanent position after completing Apprenticeship
