Apprentice Design Engineer

A fantastic opportunity to join the Engineering Design Team at Flowech, an industry leader in fluid power solutions and hydraulic and pneumatic components. This is an opportunity to gain a level 3 engineering design qualification, on the job experience and earn whilst you learn.

You will be a part of our team of engineers, who design and produce hydraulic and pneumatic parts, pumps, power units and many more components for the fluid power industry. Your role will include learning how to:

• Use 3D CAD Software to design hydraulic power units & manifolds.
• Use 2D & 3D CAD software to prepare fabrication, assembly & general arrangement drawings.
• Draw hydraulic circuits.
• Learn about hydraulic systems.
• Use the business management system to create bills of materials.
• Assist with manuals & documentation.
• Assist with department admin tasks
