Professional Services Consultant

Title: Processional Services Consultant (Configuration + Implementation)   

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in London office  

Salary: £65,000 + Package    

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a highly successful professional services organisation in the software industry.Your primary focus will be to provide consultancy services to existing and new customers. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you'll work closely with customer project teams to deliver successful implementations of products. Your responsibilities include: 

Customer Onboarding Support:  

l  Assist customers during their onboarding phase to ensure they quickly derive value from our product and solution offerings.

l  Collaborate with the onboarding team and customer project teams.

l  Act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers throughout the engagement.

l  Requirements Gathering and Solution Design:

l  Understand customer use cases and gather requirements.

l  Evaluate requirements and provide design recommendations.

l  Configure and optimize products based on customer needs.

l  Training and Knowledge Transfer:

l  Conduct training courses tailored to customer usage.

l  Support blended learning approaches for effective knowledge transfer.
 

l  Enterprise Architecture Mentoring:
 

l  Mentor customers on their Enterprise Architecture journey.

l  Leverage your extensive expertise across different corporations and government utilities.
 

l  Consultancy and Customer Engagement:
 

l  Advise and support customers throughout the full lifecycle.

l  Promote adoption of implemented solutions using best practices.

l  Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.
 

l  Presentations and Thought Leadership:
 

l  Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of products.

l  Communicate value propositions to CTOs and CIOs.

l  Advocacy and Feedback:

l  Advocate for customer needs and overcome adoption blockers.

l  Provide internal feedback to enhance products.

Qualifications:  

l  Master's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

l  Fluent in English.

l  Willingness to travel up to 50% for onsite consulting engagements.

l  Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications:  

l  Experience in professional service consulting.

l  Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture initiatives and platforms.

l  Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
