SOC Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven SOC Analyst to join a growing SOC of a reputable solutions provider. This is the first line of defense for an expanding portfolio of established clients.

The Role:

• Proactively monitor security tools (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls)
• Tier 1 & 2 Support for incoming security incidents
• Analyse incidents, performing false positive/negatives
• Work with vendors for product improvements/issues
• Ensure compliance to ISO at all times
• Collaborate with multiple business functions for business objectives

The Requirements:

• Experience with EDR solutions
• Prior SOC/IT Support experience
• Understanding of Firewalls and Windows Server
• Knowledge of ITIL
