Fruition IT are recruiting a Lead Service Desk Engineer on behalf of a well reputable technology first business who are in growth mode and looking for a skilled Team Leader to help to build out a team of around 9 Service Desk Engineers located globally.

You will be leading and managing the team of Service Desk Engineers and overseeing the day to day operations and supporting all office IT systems. You will have responsibility
What do I need?
- Team Leadership & Management experience is a must
- Proficient in Service Delivery, Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Proven experience in managing a Service Desk Team
- ITSM processes, tools and frameworks (ITIL)
- Slack, Statuspage & Skype
- Experience of support MS Windows environment including O365/MS teams
- Fluent English language skills
