Role
We are looking for candidates who are looking to develop a wide range of different skills and be exposed to all aspects of multiple businesses, fulfilling customer needs and to help deliver varied and exciting projects throughout the UK.
Main duties:
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with emails
- Providing customer support
- Data entry
- Collating training material
- Arranging shipments
- Booking accommodation and travel
- Tutor and course scheduling
- Providing admin support for projects
- Providing assistance with IT,
- Social Media and Marketing
In order to be successful you should have:
- A proactive approach, self motivated and also able to work as part of a team
- Have a good standard of Maths and English
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
Training
- You will be working towards the level 3 Business Administration qualification
- You may also need to work towards Level 2 functional skills if not achieved GCSE's at C/4 or above
- All training will be delivered onsite, educator sessions are held through teams
