WordPress Developer - Remote

We are working with a digital agency that is looking to hire a Senior WordPress Developer that will work on remote basis.

As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be a part of a small team that develops new websites and tools for their clientele. You will also work on current websites to upgrade/improve and add new functionality. You will need to have the ability and understanding to be able to plan and build your own custom post types, flexible template components and bespoke WordPress plug-ins. A good knowledge of utilising WordPress’ hooks, actions and filters is useful too.

Your experience should include:

• Creation of original WordPress themes using designs.
• HTML, SCSS, MySQL, API's, PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce
• Experience of Multisite WordPress Network installations
• WordPress’ hooks, actions and filters
• Taking care of WordPress hosting
• Taking care of WordPress updates and security
