IT Administrator

We are on the lookout for a diligent IT Administrator to join our client's dynamic team based in Lichfield. They are looking for a diligent IT Administrator who can support the operational needs of the team.

• Annual salary ranging between £25,000 and £27,000
• Opportunity to work with a diverse range of hardware, applications, and systems
• Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00

The Role:

As the IT Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Acting as the first point of call for staff for IT problems
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Supporting mobile hardware & applications including laptops, tablets, and smartphones
• Coordinating IT issues and allocating tasks

The Candidate:

The ideal IT Administrator should have:

• Understanding of LAN/WAN structure and protocols
• At least 1 year of experience with a variety of desktop, laptop, mobile device configurations and troubleshooting
• Experience in configuring and supporting iPhones and Tablets
• Competency with Windows / IOS operating systems, Citrix, and MS Office suite
• The ability to work independently, organise tasks, and communicate effectively

The Package:

As the IT Administrator, you will receive an annual salary between £25,000 and £27,000.
