Apprentice First Line IT Support/Field Engineer
Assist with providing essential technical support to the Group both onsite and offsite at our site offices around the UK and our Head Office in Rotherham
Role
Assist with:
- Responding to incoming support requests via phone, email or ticketing system
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software and network connectivity
- Providing step-by-step guidance and instructions to users for problem resolution
- The setup and configuration of new hardware and software as needed
Training
Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship Standard delivered on a day release basis at our City Campus, Granville Road, Sheffield S2 2RL.
