IT Support Technician

Harvey Nash is partnering with a leading business based in Hull as they look for an IT Support Technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service across a range of First/Second line hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environment including tools such as Active Directory, O365, and Windows Server.

Experience of interest:
Providing outstanding technical support in a Windows environment.
Providing outstanding service to customers and colleagues.
Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Hardware, Software configuration.
1 or 2 years experience in IT with a desire to progress your career.
Basic networking and server support would be beneficial.
Able to demonstrate Root Cause Analysis on a variety of technical issues would be desirable.
Full UK Driving License is required

This is a permanent role paying up to £30,000, 5 days on-site, pension, holidays (+ bank holidays), learning and development opportunities(Certifications).
