IT Support Technician

The role is based at their offices in Carlisle, joining a small, dynamic team who are now expanding due to the winning of a new contract.

Your new role
In this role, you will be the point of contact to both clients and colleagues both remotely and in person. You will deal with all initial queries and collaborate with the current team members to ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will document and maintain IT procedures and ensure all queries are dealt with accordingly or referred to the appropriate team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to all end users and work both independently and as a team.

What you'll need to succeed
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

• Experience providing 1st/2nd line support dealing with IT queries
• Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Windows and Networking - Or have a good understanding of them
• A full UK driving licence and own / have access to a vehicle.

What you'll get in return

You will work full time in their office in Carlisle, on a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000, with a range of additional benefits including 28 days of annual leave, company pension, on-site parking etc.
