We are searching for a seasoned Senior Network Engineer with comprehensive experience in various network technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a desire to expand their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 3rd line technical support across the IT infrastructure, including cloud environments.
• Manage incidents, problems, and requests, ensuring they are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure network infrastructure solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Conduct network capacity planning and optimization to meet business growth and performance needs.
• Establish and maintain network security protocols to guard against unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Continuously monitor network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent industry certification.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent.
• Fortinet NSE Level 4+ certification or higher.
• Experience with cloud networking technologies such as Azure.
• Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Python and Ansible.
• Advanced understanding of Fortinet products and solutions.

Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience
