Hardware Support Technician - Permanent

Monday to Friday 9-5pm

Are you a motivated and technical individual who is looking to work for a well-established company that offer excellent training and skill development opportunities?

We are recruiting for a Hardware Support Technician on a full-time permanent basis. You will be building different systems that will then be installed by engineers across the UK.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Answering calls and emails from customers to resolve any hardware issues
• Shipping replacement equipment parts to customers when required
• Liaising with installation engineers and customer support to ensure all installations run smoothly and on time
• Recording stock and serial numbers and highlighting any shortages to the Hardware Manager
• Repairing and testing faulty equipment
• Completing training sessions to increase knowledge of hardware

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Self-motivated and have a professional telephone manner
• High attention to detail
• Previous experience of working within a team environment
• Hardworking and committed, with a sense of humour
