Customer Support Executive

Customer Support Executive needed for a contract role with our client in the EdTech/eLearning industry.

This 1st Line/2nd Line Support role is a contract position, lasting for around 2 months initially, with the possibility of extension.

This Customer Support Executive role will be working US hours, so roughly 1pm till 9pm UK time. The role will consist of;

  • 1st line support: including in-app chat, email support, screen sharing with customers.
  • 2nd Line investigations: ivestigating soem more complex issues, and workign with the dev team to find a solution to the problems
  • Updating the Online Help Centre with support documentation
  • Logging bugs and feature requests
  • Liaising with a cross-functional team across Sales, Customer Support, Product and Development.
  • Testing new bug fixes and features

This role will suit someone from a 1st line/2nd line support background, with excellent customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Experience of working on SaaS products is a distinct advantage.
