Role
- Preparation of components, ready for use in
the manufacturing of Power Electronics Stacks. - Carrying out the manufacturing of Power Electronics Stacks.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
- Assist engineers as they create, modify, and test products and processes.
- Other duties as assigned
Training
- Training given at Wilson Tools during daily role as well as attending taught sessions at New College Swindon.

After a further period of skills and technical knowledge development all apprentices will be required to achieve the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)

Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence) – Technical Support

Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)
- Potential to become a high level Technician.
