Join our dynamic team at a leading global professional services firm as a ServiceNow Developer. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet Project and IT service management needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address ServiceNow requirements.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Test and troubleshoot technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with LDAP, SSO, Integration Hub, web services, and email.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mappings.
  • Support prototype engagements, design demos, and POC for new features.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
  • Maintain documentation and provide user training.
  • Resolve technical issues for smooth ServiceNow operations.
  • Manage 2nd and 3rd line support for incidents and troubleshooting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate sprint stories into tasks.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to align with best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Candidate Profile & About you:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL (v3 foundation level minimum).
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies such as Prince 2 and Agile.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive in staying updated with industry trends.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor junior developers.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience in process mapping and flow diagram development.
  • Confident in negotiating with technical experts and third-party suppliers.
  • Understanding of configuration management and licensing models.
