1st/2nd Line IT Engineer
Role: 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer
Location: North West
Salary: up to £25,000 DOE
Work Structure: Remote
Our client, a leading construction and engineering firm are expanding their team due to requiring additional resources to help deal with demands of the business. They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer who are happy to work fully remote, with occasional office visits (nationwide) every 3-4 months.
Please note you must have a driving licence and own vehicle to be considered due to the occasional office visits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base of around 300+
- Log, triage and resolve incoming tickets remotely via email, phone and remote desktop
- Software support including installation
- Device builds and configurations
- Manage user accounts, giving access and permissions where necessary
- Ensuring efficient running's of all IT equipment
Technical Skillset:
- Active Directory / Group Policies
- Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, OneDrive, Intune, SharePoint)
- Windows 10/11 support
- Sentinel One AV
- Mimecast
- Acronis backups
- VOIP Services
