Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Derby

Salary: £35,000

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting and presenting data to help make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise data management techniques to identify trends and correlations in data sets
• Analyse data to provide insights and inform decision making
• Develop and maintain data management systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Prepare and present reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with IT personnel to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge and experience of data analysis, data management and reporting
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• SQL
• Power BI
• Excel
• Ability to interpret and analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree educated in a relevant subject or have a strong background in Computer Science, Maths or similar
• Ability to confidently work independently and as part of a team
