We're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join a large nationwide law firm with several offices across the UK. Infrastructure Engineer
Newcastle City Centre/Hybrid
£35,000 - £45,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to maintain seamless IT operations.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades and new technologies.
- Oversee user account management and security configurations in Active Directory.
- Support hybrid work solutions, assisting with remote access and connectivity.
- Document best practices and IT procedures for efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Required Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Solid understanding of networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex IT issues.
- Experience with cloud services like Azure is a plus.
