AWS Senior Admin - (Microsoft ADFS)

Job Description:

• AWS Cloud Infrastructure engineer with 6 - 10 years of experience
• Experience with Federated identity systems (Microsoft ADFS)
• Strong experience in managing and configuring AWS services, administration experience with Windows and Linux. Additionally, working with Cloud Formation or Terraform scripts is mandatory
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (specifically AWS), including enterprise or hosting provider services SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS Solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations
• Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow, and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE
• Knowledge of IT security risks
• Experience in AWS Cloud deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience in Windows and Linux system administration.
• Background with Active Directory Services, including DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
• Experience administering AWS Services: AWS Connect, AWS Lambda, AWS Databases, AWS S3, AWS Key Management Service, Direct Connect, EC2, VPC etc.
• Proficient with AWS Security services and AWS Cloud watch: Network, Application, Infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge of federated identity systems (Microsoft ADFS), multi-factor authentication and Microsoft AD Integration with Cloud Applications/Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Functional knowledge of AWS Network.
• Hands-on experience with Continuity of Operations/Disaster Recovery architecture, planning and deployment.
• Define and implement AWS cloud-based solution architectures
• Ability to monitor & troubleshoot AWS cloud-based systems for availability, performance, reliability, security, etc., using tools like AWS Cloudwatch, AWS CloudTrail, Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc.
• Utilize automation tools such as AWS Cloud Formation and/or Terraform
• Assist with upgrading, installing, and configuring monitoring solutions for AWS IaaS Windows and Linux Servers and PaaS services like AWS SQL, Amazon Connect
• Maintain cloud network configurations and network diagrams
• Report on current infrastructure status and planning for future usage
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts.
