Job Opportunity: Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant

Location: London / Hybrid

We seek an experienced Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a Microsoft Gold Partner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
• Conduct training sessions and support end-users.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
