My client is a market leader within the audio-visual space; extremely well-established with a loyal client base and experience of delivering complex, bespoke AV projects for well-known brands.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Project Manager to be responsible for successfully delivering a wide range of bespoke AV projects for clients.

AV Project Manager Role:  

The role of the AV Technical Project Manager is to be a leader within the operations department. We are looking for an experienced AV Technical Project Manager who can manage and strengthen the delivery of all projects within the business and execute the company core values at all times.  Duties:

• Manage projects with a support team to a high standard, excellent customer service, quality on site and protection of margins. My client has around 30 projects per month with several of these being large - 100k plus.
• Ensure service contract standards and SLA are adhered to and the service manager is covering all logs.
• Manage all Engineers in house and external and the appropriate insurances, vehicles and PPE when required.
• Manage margins / budgets of each project.
• Ensure quality of equipment, cables, quotes and engineers adhere to company standards.
• Deliver the technical specification of all jobs, cables schedules and drawings where required.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance and training are kept up to date.
• Identify GAPs in knowledge and work with Managing Director to plug these gaps.
