Product Manager

Product Manager (Hybrid):

• Commercial, customer-facing B2B technical Product Manager and requirement capture experience
• Industrial IoT experience required
• Comfortable in a small start-up environment
• Good understanding of IoT based software architecture and product deployment
• Technical background, with exposure to Agile development and Cloud as well as on-premise deployment
• Mostly software with some hardware
• Oil and gas domain, industrial plant, highly regulated industry experience advantageous
• A flexible approach and adaptability
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must be able to travel internationally 25% of the time

Duties:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver Market and Product requirements with prioritized features and justification
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Act as a leader within the company

Role:             Product Manager
Location:      Cambridge
Salary:           £70-85K plus benefits. Flexible work arrangement including hybrid remote working (3 days a week required on-site), technology & leadership training, pension, equity, 25 days holiday.
