Lead UX/Product Designer - Birmingham/Flexible

Lead UX/Product Designer required for a global business based near Birmingham, where you will be responsible, along with internal and external delivery teams, to ensure the successful delivery of a leading app for the business. This is a key role for the business, during a time of great investment in tech and systems. You will play a key part in improving customer engagement, through focus groups, panels, A/B testing etc.

The ideal candidate will have previous CX/UX experience, and experience delivering quality software and apps to the commercial market. Any experience with working with global teams, and offshore development teams would be highly desirable. The role will be a mix of home working and office environment (2 days in the office expected). The role is up to 60k plus excellent benefits.

Overview of the role requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a UX Design or Product Designer role with UX focus, preferably with a focus on customer experience and Apps.
  • Experience working with remote / offshore development teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and prior experience of enhancing customer engagement, such as conducting panels/workshops, A/B Testing etc.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving & organisational skills.

Salary

The salary/package for this position is flexible between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits & flexible working.
