Just Technology Group have an exciting opportunity for an IT Solutions Technician apprentice to join their successful team. If you have a flair for IT Support, cyber security, networking, VoIP and telephony and more, then you might be just the person we are looking for.
Role
- A typical day for our apprentice would include:
- IT checks, desk top, laptop, servers and client accounts.
- First response to client requests
- Logging tickets
- Setting up IT systems.
- Frontline IT support, face to face, online and by phone
- VoIP and advanced networking
Training
- The successful candidate will be trained to achieve the IT Solutions Technician level 3 apprenticeship qualification.
- This will be 4 days at the employer’s workplace (BL1 2BQ) and 1 days attendance at Bolton College (BL3 5BG).
- The learner may, on completion, be able to progress to fulltime paid employment or a higher level apprenticeship with the company
