We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Coordinator to join an exciting company. The role is extremely varied and fast paced, perfect for a driven individual who is excited to gain valuable experience.
The Project Coordinator will be at the epicenter of project management for a programme strand to be delivered by 31 March 2025. You will support the smooth delivery of activities through effective collaboration, execution of the AI empowers project activities and providing relevant support to the Director and wider team.
Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities or Duties:
- To support with the seamless planning of AI Empower project activities, from conception to completion with a keen eye for detail.
- To keep track of output and deadlines for project activities and monitoring deliverables.
- To coordinate meetings and maintain a calendar of events and sessions for the program, supporting the Director and wider team.
- To develop, in consultation with the Director, agendas and papers ahead of key meetings with stakeholders and maintain this information centrally. Taking minutes and capturing actions of key meetings.
- To assist with the delivery, evaluation and monitoring of the project
- To develop effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- To champion a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, consistency, and innovation; and engage constructively with change initiatives.
- To assist in collating and analysing data to help develop insightful information into the success of the project
- To undertake such other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility for the role, as directed by your line manager.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience or training in project coordination and delivering events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different levels of stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy and sensitivity.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a large workload and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- A flexible team player with the ability to support colleagues.
- Ability to solve problems creatively, with experience of contributing to the development and improvement of systems and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with evolving processes and a fast-paced nature.
- Self-motivated and able to work flexibly either independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong digital literacy skills, with comprehensive experience of working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office365 (Slack, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook ).
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- An understanding of the principles and practice of digital technologies, such as AI, and a willingness to develop a deeper understanding.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to compile information from different data sources
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
