MS Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst

Contract Business Analyst
6 Months
Rate: To £430 Per Day - outside IR35 
Location: The role can mainly remote working but ad hoc visits to Birmingham office may be required 

An accomplished, Midlands based Business Analyst is required for a 6 month engagement with our leading services client in Birmingham.

Our client has implemented CRM and requires a Business Anayst with a strong knowledge of the system - there are customisations and efficiencies required.

Core Requirements: 

• Business Process Mapping (value-chain, swimlane) for As-Is and To-Be processes
• High-level data mapping to business process (which data is created, updated and deleted by which processes)
• High-level mapping of processes/data to systems
• Facilitation of workshops and conducting data gathering interviews
• Documentation within Miroboard ((url removed))

Must have experience of:

• Simple financial process flows (tracking changes to financial transactions through its lifecyle)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and HR
• Microsoft Power Platform (OCR, PowerApps and Power Automate) capabilities 
• Digital Customer experience process flows (e.g. WhatsApp customer interactions)
• Agile methodologies using Microsoft DevOps
• Microsoft Technologies AI/Copilot
