Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice

Responsibilities
*Keeping website updated with our / suppliers products and pricing as well as uploading new products
*Keyword research/ Google Analytics
*Help support back end and front end of website
*Marketing campaigns
*Creating engaging blog posts
*Market research on products
*Assisting with producing promotional information, including leaflets and company brochures
*Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
*Ordering products and negotiating with suppliers
*Preparing quotations
*Assisting with product videos for YouTube
*Offer suggestions to streamline processes, be innovative
*Processing sales orders and website order on the day of request
*Arranging couriers
*Gaining the technical knowledge required to deliver an excellent service to all customers

Requirements

*PC / IT literate
*Knowledge of HTML, SEO, CSS would be advantageous
*Great verbal and written communications skills (Min Grade C/ Level 4 in English & Maths)
*Flair for descriptive / creative writing
*Significant experience with the use of social media
*Professional & courteous manner
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident and outgoing team player
*Quick learner
