At Khuda Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate our ERP and SDLC projects. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the project manager to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Knowledge of ERP systems and SDLC methodologies is a significant advantage. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support during bid phases and contract execution.
• Coordinate project activities and support project controls and reporting.
• Liaise between engineering and manufacturing groups to ensure smooth project progress.
• Gather information for project controls and reporting.
• Assist in completing project reporting requirements.
• Monitor task completion through regular communication.
• Solve problems and negotiate priorities in production planning meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project plans.
• Prepare work breakdown structures and relevant business system information.
• Enhance team interface between engineering and manufacturing groups.
• Prepare cost to completion analysis and reports.
• Manage small or non-technical projects.
• Perform other duties as required.
