Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Outside IR35 Largely Remote 6months+ SC Clearance Required Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions, primarily focusing on Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) to support business processes and enhance productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, build solutions, and maintain the Dynamics environment, ensuring seamless integrations and optimal performance. This role requires expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and a solid understanding of programming languages and data structures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dynamics 365 Development o Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) based on business requirements. o Customize Dynamics 365 modules to support various functional areas, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance. o Develop plugins, workflows, and business process flows using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). 2. Configuration & Customization o Configure out-of-the-box features in Dynamics 365 and extend functionality using custom code, scripts, and plugins as needed. o Customize forms, views, workflows, and dashboards to enhance user experience and data accessibility. 3. Integration & Data Management o Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and data sources using APIs and middleware. o Develop data migration plans and assist in migrating legacy data to Dynamics 365. o Design and implement data structures, including entity models, fields, and relationships. 4. Testing & Documentation o Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and compliance with requirements. o Document all configurations, customizations, and development activities, including technical specifications and user guides. 5. Support & Maintenance o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Dynamics 365 environment. o Stay up to date with new releases and updates for Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies to recommend improvements and ensure optimal use of system capabilities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP) development and customization. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. * Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and languages. * Experience with Dynamics 365 API, SDK, and integration methods (SOAP, REST). * Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps tools. * Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. * Knowledge of SQL and data management tools. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
