You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Business Analyst - Level 4 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Documenting of current processes and activities using structured techniques.

Role

  • Production of business process maps, procedures, and data requirements.
  • Identification of process improvement opportunities and change options.
  • Documenting of risks and controls within a change environment.
  • Updating and maintenance of the Commercial team’s risk management frameworks, to ensure adherence to LINK’s risk and compliance policies.
  • Working closely with the Commercial teams and other key business teams across LINK.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information for processes, risks, and controls.
  • Reviewing business activities, processes, procedures, and policies.

QA’s Business Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:

  • Become a change professional that helps organisations deliver business and digital change successfully
  • Regularly investigate and analyse solutions to ensure the right one is chosen
  • Experience a flexible learning journey using a blend of learning methodologies, including online learning, practical exercises, video content, coaching and workshops

Tools and technologies learned: Apprentices will learn to use Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Data Modelling, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), SWOT & PESTLE

  • Full time position available after the apprenticeship with opportunity for more learning and development
