Langham Recruitment is recruiting exclusively for a rapidly growing high-tech start-up, a collaboration between a system integrator and two major international automotive OEMs. An exciting new requirement has arisen for a Simulation Engineer to be instrumental in building a brand-new lab and developing the software for high-spec simulated driving rigs. This is a unique opportunity for someone with vehicle simulation experience to spearhead a project with substantial international funding.
Key Requirements:

• Develop, implement, and manage HiL test systems for various vehicle control systems including powertrain, braking, steering, and suspension
• Ensure seamless integration of hardware components with simulation software platforms
• Strong understanding of vehicle chassis control systems, ECUs and their
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HiL systems, including hardware malfunctions, software bugs, and integration problems
• Conduct HiL testing and validation to ensure accurate and reliable system performance under various conditions

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HiL testing and validation, preferabely in the chassis control systems
• Proven track record of working with HiL tools and platforms such as dSPACE, NI, or similar.
• Experience with real-time simulation and control systems.
